Kerdiles had appeared on his then-girlfriend Chrisley’s family reality show, "Chrisley Knows Best," alongside her famous parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley. His love spoke candidly about why they did not work out:
"When we got engaged, I feel like it was all for the wrong reasons. When he proposed, I knew it shouldn't have been happening. It was filmed, it was on TV. […] It was not the way I would want it to go down, ever."

Kerdiles shared a glimpse into his life just before he passed away. He posted a photo of him at the gym holding dumbbells while sporting an all-black attire and captioned the Instagram Story post, "D1 Training West Nashville."
Several hours later, the former sportsman posted another picture showing him on a motorbike wearing a helmet, and he wrote, "Night rider." Sadly, Kerdiles tragically died following a motorcycle accident.

The Nashville Police Department revealed the Texas native passed away in the early morning of September 23, 2023, as he succumbed to injuries sustained from the crash, which occurred around 3:30 a.m.
Kerdiles reportedly ran through a stop sign in a residential area north of central Nashville. Authorities disclosed that he struck the driver's side of a BMW. He was transported to the hospital, where he died.

Weeks before his untimely death, Kerdiles took to Instagram, where he penned a heartfelt post about spending time with his loved ones and posted several images of them together. In the September 1, 2023 post, he wrote:
"Getting to go home this past weekend and seeing my family was something that I need more than I knew. Time in this life goes by quicker and quicker each day. I will never again take these days with them for granted."

Kerdiles had no children but seemed to have adored his nephews and nieces whom he was pictured with amid time with family. He also expressed that he would want to go and revisit them.
Fans commented on the post following the news of his death, with one person writing, "Glad he was able to see his family one last time before he passed." Someone else said, "This is so sad...rest in peace." Another Instagram follower commented with a heavy heart, saying, "Absolutely earth shattering!" Kerdiles was 29.
