Shelley Covel Rowland is the eldest of three step-siblings and is commonly known for being Toby Keith's adopted daughter. She was born in the 1980s during one of her mother's past relationships and was later raised by her famous stepfather as one of his own.

Although she's mostly kept out of the spotlight over the years, in 2013, Shelley Covel Rowland, her mother, and her sister joined forces and created an athletic clothing line that caters to women of all shapes and sizes.

Shelley, her mother, and her sister have been in the fashion industry for over a decade since they created SwingDish, a luxury women's golf apparel brand. With an emphasis on functionality, femininity, and inclusivity, Shelley and her family have created a brand that offers gold wear and accessories. Their website reads:

In 2015, Shelley made a rare public appearance when she attended the launch of SwingDish in Las Vegas with her mother and sister. Toby's wife and daughters were back in Nevada the following year for their golfing wear's Spring/Summer 2017 collection debut.

In addition to being a Creative Director and Designer at SwingDish, Shelley is a mother. According to reports, Toby's adopted daughter was the first to make him a grandfather when she welcomed her first two children.

However, Shelley's family has seemingly grown, as on November 9, 2021, Shelley's step-brother posted a picture of their big family at The White House, and Shelley gripped an adorable baby boy in her arms.

Later in the year, Shelley took to Facebook to share a beautiful family portrait of her and her older children and appeared to have her youngest in her lap. Shelley confirmed that she was off the market in 2016 after changing her relationship status on Facebook to "In a Relationship" with a man named Brian Skaggs. The pair later tied the knot in March 2018.

A year after Toby Keith and Shelley's mother, Tricia Covel née Lucus, married, they welcomed their first daughter, Krystal Keith, in 1985. Shelley's step-sister followed in their famous father's footsteps and pursued a career as a musician, following his lead and dropping the Covel surname for the Keith stage name.

In 2013, Shelley's sister shared a picture of the siblings celebrating July 4 together, and the following year, they posed for a selfie while front row at the Academy of Country Music Awards. Stelen Keith Covel is the youngest of the Covel family and was born in 1997. Like Shelley, he did not pursue a career in the music industry.
