JLo has caused quite a stir on social media following her recent photos. The triple threat dressed to the nines for an award event, but fans could not help but notice the inconsistency with her pictures.

JLo, born Jennifer Lopez, attended the Daytime Beauty Awards on October 2, 2023, and rocked a stunning plunging pink and white floral dress for the occasion.

The actress wore matching pink shoes and carried a matching purse. She posted her look for the event on her Instagram account and captioned her post. "Congratulations, Tracy."

The music star's fans commented on her post and pointed out that she photoshopped the snapshot. "[…] Zoom her face. It's all filters. Why not post a real shot? She is naturally beautiful. So what if a few wrinkles will show?" wrote one Instagram follower.

One person asked, "What happened to 'I'm real?' Stop excessively photoshopping. You look incredible without it." While someone penned, "But is it really you, JLo??? The superficial thing is exhausting...[…] It does not work!"

Another Instagram user echoed the same sentiments, "Agree! Whoever photoshopped this photo did a terrible job. Look at a pic on her Instagram from a few days ago next to this one...looks like two different people!"

Page Six posted other photos of JLo from the event on Facebook, and one user commented, "Yeah, we see the photoshop in the pics SHE posted."

Other online users focused on the "Love Don't Cost a Thing" hitmaker's outfit choice and complimented her. "She looks stunning," said one fan. Another wrote, "The dress is stunning. She looks fabulous!"

Meanwhile, someone else commented about the Hollywood star's look, "Love the dress, shoes, but not the filters, you don't need it."

JLo on Having Insecurities

While at the Daytime Beauty Awards, JLo gave a speech and praised her trainer, Tracy Anderson, for helping her feel confident. The dancer got candid about her body image issues and revealed that after giving birth to her twins, Max and Emme, in 2008, she felt unsure about her physical appearance and talked to Anderson:

"[...] I called her at a time I was feeling insecure and uncertain and wondering if I would ever get back to how I was before."

The New York native further divulged that Anderson helped her rediscover herself and made her realize her strength. Anderson received the Outstanding Achievement in Fitness Award during the ceremony, presented by the showbiz star.

JLo said she had been doing a lot of introspection, looking back at how she was in the past so that she can "fully embrace the me of now."

The "Marry Me" star added that Anderson has "inspired" and "encouraged" her "to celebrate every version of my body over the years and to continue to elevate."

In addition, Anderson, who has worked with other A-list celebrities, including Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Aniston, thanked everyone who helped her through the years during her acceptance speech.
