This legendary actor found global fame at 29 when he became the youngest man ever to play James Bond, a fictional character in the film "On Her Majesty's Secret Service," released in 1969.
Due to his fame at such a young age, he became a playboy, a stint that carried on into his older years. He opened up about the fame he gained after playing James Bond and the women who came running to him. He would later confess that the women were so many he could hardly remember them all.

Despite his lifestyle, he did settle down and in fact, got married twice. He and his first wife, Christina Gannett, were married from 1971 to 1995. Later, he would admit that he met his first wife when he was living with four women.
After his first marriage failed, he married his second wife, Pam Shriver, in 2002, a union that lasted until 2011. The actor revealed that Shriver bought him a BMW on their fourth date.

Now, the actor is based in Santa Monica, where he plays golf, visits his family, and stays busy with work. He is still close friends with his second wife, Shriver.
While he has enjoyed life to the fullest, he has also experienced unperceivable pain when his son, Zachary, died from a brain tumor at the age of 19.
And despite his involvement with numerous women, the playboy is now a single man. He doesn't have a girlfriend, though he says he could have one if he wanted. He noted that nowadays, young women date older men to get their money.
He admitted that he does get lonely, but he knows how to handle his loneliness with things like a drink.
