Williams is a teacher in Kansas, where she and her husband reside. She teaches in the South Barber Unified School District 255 and often shares beautiful pictures of her and her students on her Facebook page.

On October 1, 2023, the teacher shared a series of pictures taken with her students. She said her heart was so full and called the students her kids. She told the students that the sky will never be their limit:

"Not only my first class at South Barber, but I had the honor of being their math teacher for 4th, 5th, & 6th!!! I'm so proud of every single one."

Williams' dedication as a teacher is evident also to her peers, who selected her as Teacher of the Year for 2019 for the South Barber Unified School District 255. Williams, who was teaching 4th grade then, was chosen by her peers at the PreK-6th grades site.

The respectable recognition allowed Williams to apply for the Kansas State Teacher of the Year. It isn't public knowledge if she made the application, but Williams said she was "happy" and "proud" to be bestowed the title of Teacher of the Year for 2019 for the South Barber Unified School District 255.

Williams has kept her Facebook page active, sharing her photos alongside those of herself and her husband in their home. Her friends love her pictures and call her "gorgeous" and "very pretty."

After her marriage with Shelton ended, Williams seems to have created a career she loves, found loving friends, and built a beautiful home for herself and her husband.
