From what is still available on their grids, the couple went Instagram official on August 14, 2017, when Holzmacher posted a photo of them on the field captioned, "10/10 ...1 being the best."

She celebrated their first anniversary the following August. In his only post about her on his Insta grid, a photo of them opens a carousel of his OSU days. He said, "The first chapter was a pretty great one. Now it's time to write the next one." They look to still be together.

Former Cincinnati Bengals player Adam "Pacman" Jones said on "The Pat McAfee Show" that he thinks "life is great for Burrow." The NFL commentator elaborated, "He just got engaged, too." When prompted, he could not say who popped the question.

Holzmacher has capitalized on her 150,000 plus Instagram followers.

There has been no confirmation from Burrow or Holzmacher on the supposed engagement. The only wedding-adjacent activity they have officially been connected to was attending the union of Justin Hilliard in March 2023. Hilliard was Burrow's teammate at Ohio State.

Holzmacher worked at Lifetime Fitness for over two years in her late teens. As the facility operations team member and supervisor, she maintained clean facilities and did customer service.

She studied data analytics at OSU between 2015 and 2019. She pledged with Alpha Phi as a student and was appointed the chapter officer-marshal in January 2016. As of February 2019, she is a senior process specialist and analyst at e-commerce site Kroger.

Holzmacher has capitalized on her 150,000 plus Instagram followers by doing paid content for the Kings Island amusement park in Ohio and Coca-Cola. She has sat with her boyfriend's parents at at least one game.
