Blake Shelton Says He Loves 'Lying Down' with Gwen Stefani at Night — Glimpse into Their Home

In a recent interview, Blake Shelton gushed about married life with his pop star wife, Gwen Stefani. The couple walked down the aisle at the ranch where they currently live.

Shelton appeared on the "Today" show on November 10, 2023, where he got candid about his life with Stefani, revealing what he loves the most about them being together.

"I mean, the best part is lying down with her at night and then waking up, and she's there in the morning. I just didn't know that that was out there, that that was possible," said Shelton.

The country music star and the No Doubt frontwoman wed in July 2021 at his Oklahoma ranch. The lovebirds are raising Stefani's three sons, Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo Rossdale, whom she welcomed with her former husband.

"The Voice" coaches have a home near Tishomingo, Oklahoma, which was built from the ground up. The couple's estate sits on a 1,300-plus-acre ranch, which Shelton bought several years ago.

The Hollywood stars reportedly designed and built the house intending to exchange wedding vows there – as they moved in just after saying their 'I dos.'

Stefani and Shelton's home boasts a curved second-story sleeping porch and two outdoor living areas. It reportedly sits on about 15,000 square feet and has a Victorian and Southern feel.

The property features two rows of line trees on each side of the long driveway. The estate, located on a hill in front of a lake, has a white exterior with gray roofing. It has Roman columns, a balcony, a large front porch, and an upper-floor deck.

In addition, the sprawling mansion also features chimneys and dormer windows. There is a semi-detached stone house on the grounds of the property, while the main home is divided into three main sections.

The outdoor area of Shelton and Stefani's home also has a pool with a Baja shelf, three covered patio areas, and a terraced garden. The mother of three has spoken about the couple's country lifestyle in the "Austin" hitmaker's home state.

In a September 2023 interview, Stefani revealed she and her husband have a garden at their home, which includes flowers, plots of corn, and zinnias.

Although she was not much into gardening as a child as she used to see her parents do the work after coming from school, the singer now describes herself as a "garden flower nerd," adding she has had "the most incredible dahlias yet."

Stefani and Shelton split their time between Oklahoma and Los Angeles, where they also have another home. The California native explained what she and her spouse get up to when back in the countryside, saying they often work but that it is a "different kind of work," something her mother did back then — which she can now relate to.

"I'm not really a dirt person, a bug person, I don't like that much humidity," Stefani revealed. However, she acknowledged the beauty of Oklahoma.

Stefani admitted she is still amazed by how much her life has changed since having Shelton in her life. "I didn't see any of this coming with Blake," she said, adding:

"It was an amazing gift to experience love like that for the first time. He's changed my life...when I [started dating] Blake, that's when I felt home."

The "Just a Girl" singer and the television personality crossed paths on the "The Voice" singing competition in 2014. At the time, Stefani was still married to the father of her kids, Gavin Rossdale, while Shelton was married to fellow country star Miranda Lambert.

However, they both divorced their respective spouses and started dating in 2015. Shelton decided to make things official by proposing to the blonde beauty in October 2020.

The pair announced their engagement on Instagram, sharing a photo of them locking lips. They wed at a small chapel on their Oklahoma estate, a mile from their matrimonial home. Shelton and Stefani have been married for two years.
