Jamie Foxx 'Intends' to Fight Back as His Side Quickly Responds to Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Jamie Foxx vehemently denies the sexual assault allegations against him by a woman. The woman sued the rapper for allegedly assaulting her while intoxicated.

Jamie Foxx is in deep water after a model claims he sexually assaulted her while intoxicated. The woman filed a lawsuit against him, hoping to take the rapper to court.

A spokesperson for Foxx revealed that the woman had filed a similar lawsuit in Brooklyn back in 2020. However, the case was dismissed as the claims she made were false.

Foxx's camp argues that this time around is no different. They plan to retaliate against the woman making these false claims.

The model accused Foxx of invading her personal space at a New York City restaurant back in 2015. He allegedly touched her without consent.

The incident reportedly left the woman with "pain and suffering." She claims the incident has permanently affected her and made her go through emotional distress.

In the same way that the court junked the 2020 lawsuit, Foxx's camp believes this one will be no different. This time around, however, the actor-rapper "intends" to file a case against the woman for malicious prosecution.

Foxx has gone through a difficult past couple of months. Earlier this year, he suffered a medical emergency that left him in the hospital for over a month.

Ultimately, when he got through that difficult phase, Foxx came back grateful for the support he's received from everybody. "You're [looking] at a man who is thankful... finally [starting] to feel like myself again," he shared in August 2023.

Foxx faces another challenge because of this case. With his camp ready to fight back, fans will have to wait and see how this public legal battle will transpire.
