A concerned person wrote that they "felt the sadness in his eyes" and noted, "Something is definitely not right with Kate." Someone who commented on the inaccuracy of a headline about the Prince's look expressed: "Stern look? I'd say he looks more scared or perhaps worried about Catherine's safety...They did ask for privacy 🤷🏻♀️."
Another wrote about the look in Prince William's eyes and reiterated: "He has sad eyes." Others were more focused on wishing Princess Catherine well and noting how doting a husband Prince William is.
While referring to the Prince, one admirer praised him: "Yes, this is what loving husband[s] do, they visit their beloved...in the hospital." Another person agreed: "And that's where he should be. With his wife."

Dimple Mistry used her experience at the hospital as a reference for speculating the type of care the Princess of Wales would receive. She likened the clinic to a 5-star hotel with an assortment of delicious, top-tier food made from fresh produce, a lavishly stocked bathroom with plush toiletries, a remote to control the beautifully decorated room's temperature, and blinds, to name a few amenities.
