The public participated in online polls to vote for well-known figures based on their appearances and some male members of the Royal Family made it onto the lists. Meanwhile, others continue to receive praise on social media platforms.

From Princess Margaret's grandsons Samuel and Arthur Chatto to Prince Harry, here are the seven royal men who have been deemed "sexy" "hot" and "handsome" by admirers.

Samuel Chatto

One royal whose features make him stand out is Samuel Chatto. He has become a social media star because of his appearance. Whenever he appears in public at significant royal events, the royal receives praise on social media platforms.

In February 2016, Samuel shared an up-close snapshot of himself while in Rome on Instagram. One follower commented on the social upload, writing, "So handsome."

Three years later, in June 2019, Samuel posted another photo that showed him with his arms folded. "My God, he's Gorgeous!" wrote one person in the comments section.

In terms of blood relations, Samuel is the late Princess Margaret’s grandchild and the son of Lady Sarah Chatto, a painter, and Daniel Chatto, an artist and former actor.

Lady Sarah is Princess Margaret, Countess of Snowdon, and Antony Armstrong-Jones, 1st Earl of Snowdon’s only daughter. She has a brother named, David Armstrong-Jones, 2nd Earl of Snowdon, who inherited their father’s title upon his death.

Both royal siblings had a close relationship with the late Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Phillip, and the couple’s four kids growing up. Her Majesty was even described as a "surrogate mother" to Lady Sarah following Princess Margaret’s death.

Aside from royal relations, Lady Sarah’s eldest son attended Eton College and later studied History of Art at the University of Edinburgh. He reportedly takes after his mother on the artistic side of things as a visual artist.

The 27-year-old describes himself as a "British artist and maker currently working in clay to create functional and sculptural wood-fired ceramics, from my home and studio in West Sussex."

Apart from art, Samuel is also a trained yoga teacher. He reportedly spent six weeks in India in 2018 where he completed his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Prince William

In 2021, Samuel's famous second cousin Prince William was named the world’s sexiest bald man. The future King of England has been described as "sexy" 17.6 million times online.

The findings are from reports, Google searches, blogs, and researchers. The royal’s results were compared with several other famous public figures including sports stars.

Arthur Chatto

Arthur Chatto, also Prince William's second cousin, is another royal member whose looks have been a topic of discussion online. In May 2023, Arthur shared a glimpse into his workout session at the gym half-naked while showing off his physique.

Instagram followers gushed about the royal’s appearance in the comments section. "Wow, Arthur, you are in good shape," commented one follower.

Another asked, "What is it like to know that you are THEE SEXIEST MAN IN BRITAIN???" Someone else exclaimed, "Oh My God. Sexy and Hot. Amazing! God Bless you ever!"

Like his older brother, Arthur also attended Eton College and studied geography at the University of Edinburgh. While studying, the young royal also worked as a personal trainer.

He described his area of expertise, explaining, "I'm a level 3 personal trainer, I specialize in strength and endurance training with military focus."

Arthur even had the opportunity to row around the United Kingdom in 2020, finishing off in 42 days, 8 hours 23 minutes, and 16 seconds. He and his team members were the youngest to complete the GB Row Challenge, which is known as a challenging team row around Britain.

Now 25, Arthur has since joined the Royal Marines with the intent to become an officer. He wore his uniform at the Duke of Edinburgh's memorial service in 2021, including the Queen's funeral in 2022.

Prince Harry

Meanwhile, in a different list, Arthur's second cousin Prince Harry, was crowned the "sexiest ginger man alive" in 2022. The Duke of Sussex, who once joked about having ginger hair, secured the fourth spot on the list of 30 celebrities who are considered attractive because of their red hair.

The poll revealed that 20 percent of participants consider people who have ginger hair very attractive, while 63 percent believe it all depends on the individual.

Louis Spencer

Another royal heartthrob is Louis Spencer, 30, a Viscount Althorp. In July 2023, an X user, (formerly known as Twitter), posted a picture of the royal posing alongside rapper Nicki Minaj on the platform.

"Whereas Viscount Althorp. Well. I think first-cousin Harry and he share more than just red hair in common," penned the social media user. Another person reposted the image in May 2024, writing, "Love this Nicki Minaj post from 2015. Louis Spencer was handsome back then as well as now."

Louis is the son of Princess Diana’s brother, Charles, 9 Earl Spencer, making him the first cousin of Prince William and Prince Harry. The royal has his family to thank for his genes as his mother Victoria Aitken was a model and his sister Kitty Spencer is also a model.

Alexander Ogilvy

In addition, part of the list of attractive royals is, Alexander Ogilvy, 27, who has been compared to Louis. In June 2023, an X user posted a photo of Alexander in a blue suit paired with a white unbuttoned shirt giving off a slight smile.

According to the caption, the royal was attending the National Portrait Gallery’s reopening party in London at the time. In response to the post, fellow online users talked about Alexander’s appearance.

As a royal member, Alexander is the grandson of Princess Alexandra of Kent. He has been romantically linked to presenter and model, Isabella Charlotta Poppius.

Charles Armstrong-Jones

Lastly, one other charming royal is, Charles Armstrong-Jones, Viscount Linley, who is the youngest out of the group. He made an appearance at the Queen's Platinum Jubilee in 2022, a National Service of Thanksgiving, which took place at St Paul's Cathedral.

Like princes William and Harry including Samuel and Arthur, he too, is an Eton College alumnus. He then went on to study product design engineering at Loughborough University and graduated in 2021.

Charles, who is the only one of four of Princess Margaret's grandchildren with a title now works as a musician. His sister Margarita, once revealed, "He is very into his orchestral music. He is self-taught [and he] can sing, play the piano and the guitar."
