Meanwhile, some suggested that Beckham should reserve such photos for his wife, Victoria Beckham. One commenter said, "I'm afraid it does nothing for me nowadays, that he's older and skin aging! He should be respectful to his wife and keep it for her viewing only!"

Another shared an observation about Beckham's appearance, "I think he looks better older than when he was young. Something about him." Conversely, others were more complimentary. A fan humorously gushed, "You make the rest of the men look so simple."

Despite approaching his 50s, Beckham prioritizes his health and fitness. He frequently shares workout routines and fitness tips publicly.

In one video, Beckham was seen performing push-ups in matching black shorts and sneakers, gripping dumbbells while hyping himself up with upbeat music. He smiled as he continued the routine.

Since retiring from soccer in 2013, Beckham's workout regimen has transformed significantly. In a 2022 interview with Men's Health, Beckham revealed how his fitness routine has adapted to his new lifestyle.

"My weekly routine is, you know, I get up to do the school run, and then I get the workout in and go into the office. I could never keep up with the level of the workouts I was doing when I was playing professional football. And obviously, I’m getting older now as well," Beckham shared.

He has explored various fitness activities, including cycling and lifting, but misses the camaraderie of team training. "I need to train with people. I'm not very good at training on my own, so I need to be motivated by people in a community environment," he said.

To recapture that team spirit, Beckham partnered with high-intensity interval training studio chain F45. Together with celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson, he created a class inspired by the rigorous training methods he used during his soccer career.

Peterson's class integrates these dynamic movements into a high-intensity interval circuit featuring 11 exercises. Each move is performed for two sets over two rounds. In the first set, exercises are done for 32 seconds with 15 seconds of rest, while the second set follows a 23-second on, 20-second off pattern.

Beckham described the workout as one of the toughest he faced since retiring. "Some of these movements, I haven't done them since I was a player. So when I was in the London studio doing this … at the end, I said, 'I need to apologize to everyone that was in this class with me.'" he said.

Although Beckham collaborated with F45, his connection with the fitness chain has faced its challenges. In April 2024, reports surfaced of Beckham having taken legal action against his friend, actor Mark Wahlberg, over a business deal gone awry.

A news outlet reported that Beckham's firm, DB Ventures Ltd (DBVL), claimed that Wahlberg had Beckham work with F45, a fitness center company, under false pretenses.

According to the source, Beckham had agreed to become a global ambassador for the company upon moving to Los Angeles, where he developed a friendship with Wahlberg.

In addition to suing Wahlberg, Beckham also sought legal repercussions against the actor's firm, Mark Wahlberg Investment Group (MWIG). Beckham also sued the founders of F45, Rob Deutsch and Adam Gilchrist.

The basis for Beckham's suing was rooted in his claim that he had lost over $10 million. He said that he lost this hefty amount as a result of his promised stocks being withheld from him until after a period that saw the share prices plummet.

In response, Wahlberg and his legal team dismissed the allegations as baseless and sought to have the lawsuit dismissed by a judge.

Reports also stipulated that Mark Wahlberg and the rest of the defendants were even going so far as to divert attention back onto Beckham and his firm.

Their motion asserted that DBVL was essentially failing to take responsibility and was looking to place the blame on everyone else but themselves.

People who heard the news expressed their feelings on the matter and pledged their allegiance to the side they were on. By the look of it, the majority ruled in favor of Wahlberg. "I am team Wahlberg. He is philanthropic and known as a good guy," asserted a fan.

Another person chimed in, "Not sure Beckham is a nice guy…..money changes people…..no matter how rich they are they never have enough." Another stated, "Money's tough…. So let me sue my friends. Lol."

One person who expressed disappointment in both men commented, "Now that's disappointing! Two very capable beings trying to do right by themselves."

When Beckham joined F45, his partnership aimed to "champion the rapid adoption" of the company on a global scale and "play a key role in its brand marketing initiatives to support its continued expansion."

According to the company's website, having already retired from soccer, David Beckham still prioritized his fitness and liked the "accessibility and inclusivity of F45 workouts."
