She's dominated the world stage with her explosive power and near-impossible flips — but now, Olympic legend Simone Biles is stunning fans in a whole new way: by opening up about the changes she's made to her own body.

On November 4, 2025, Simone Biles dropped a bombshell on TikTok, revealing she had undergone three plastic surgeries. The gymnastics icon didn't just say it outright — she teased it, asking followers to guess which procedures she'd had, immediately setting off a storm of speculation and excitement around her dramatic transformation.

In a follow-up interaction, Biles confirmed the exact surgeries: breast augmentation, lower blepharoplasty to remove under-eye bags, and earlobe repair from an earlier injury. Fans were stunned by the honesty — and the detail.

As guesses rolled in, one follower speculated, "boobs, skinny bbl, and eye lift or skin tightening? i’m literally guessing bc i can’t tell lol." Biles replied, "🍒, lower bleph because I had THE WORST eye bags & ear lobe — my earring got ripped out when I was younger."

When another TikToker posted, "🍒 done ? 💖," asking directly about breast surgery, Biles didn't say a word. She simply liked the comment, but for her followers, that was more than enough confirmation.

Days after her original post, Biles uploaded another TikTok while preparing for a Halloween party. Fans didn't miss a beat. "Simone…THEY LOOK GOOD," one person commented. Another gushed, "You're such a natural beauty," while someone else observed, "Something looks different."

The discussion about her surgeries didn't stop at TikTok. They spilled over to Facebook and Instagram, where fans shared a mix of admiration and concern.

"She looks fabulous !!" one Facebook fan wrote. Another added, "Honestly, you do you boo. I just appreciate the transparency about it." A third said, "But they look so natural!!!!" while another follower praised her honesty, "❤️ Much respect and appreciation for her transparency ✊🏽💪🏽❤️."

Still, not all the reactions were celebratory. Some fans sounded the alarm. "She's different!" one person wrote. Another added, "I hope she's ok. This not a good sign. She's super beautiful and a world champion, can somebody hug her!?"

This wasn't the first time Biles had opened up about altering her appearance. On August 2, 2024, she posted a TikTok sharing her experience with Botox earlier that year.

"So, for my 27th birthday, I got Botox, like, baby Botox, just right here in my T-zone, and I did not like it," she explained, letting her fans in on the unfiltered truth. She described how the Botox affected her face during training sessions.

"I would be standing at practice and my eyebrow would go like this," she shared, acting out how one brow suddenly arched. "And Zoey would be like, 'Simone, your eyebrow is doing it again!' and I’m like, 'I feel it!' and I couldn’t get it back down."

According to Biles, the muscle movement usually returned to normal after about twenty seconds. "So, not doing that again," she concluded.

Simone Biles has grown up in the public eye. From her first world championship appearance to the grand opening of her very own gymnastics center, her evolution — both personal and physical — has been documented year by year.
