Jack Osbourne Welcomes Fifth Baby

The media personality has welcomed his fifth child with wife Aree — and the name they chose has left fans in tears for the most beautiful reason.

One photo. No words needed. And yet, somehow, it said everything. On Thursday, 12 March 2026, Jack Osbourne posted a single image to Instagram — and within hours, the comments were flooded with broken-heart emojis, happy tears, and one word typed over and over again by strangers who felt it like a punch to the chest.

Shot in black and white, the image is breathtakingly still. A sleeping newborn lies beside a beloved plush toy — a soft, dark bat — on a floral blanket. Next to her, a scallop-edged birth announcement card reads simply, "Hello World." The name written on it stopped fans in their tracks.

"Introducing Ozzy Matilda Osbourne," Jack wrote.

The internet exhaled. Fans who had watched the Osbourne family grieve the loss of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne — who passed away in July 2025, aged 76 — felt the weight and the warmth of that name all at once.

Among those celebrating was also actress Lisa Riley — who was evicted from "I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!" alongside Jack last December — who wrote, "My heart is melting 💛💛💛 love to you and all the family. CONGRATULATIONS 💛💛💛"

Aree Osbourne had her own way of welcoming their daughter to the world. Shortly after Jack's announcement, she shared a series of intimate Instagram Stories that were impossible not to love.

In the first, Aree is pictured cradling her newborn close to her chest, the baby swaddled in a delicate floral wrap and nestled against her mother's collarbone. Aree's hand — adorned with a delicate bracelet— rests gently over the baby's tiny back. Over the image, in soft white lettering, she wrote just one word, "ozzy 🤍."

The second Story revealed all the precious details fans had been waiting for. Aree shared a custom illustrated birth announcement — a charming, pastel purple card decorated with a white goose and daisy flowers — made by @barkatthetoon. It read:

The road to this moment had begun months earlier, announced with Aree's signature wit. On 7 December 2025, the couple shared the pregnancy news on Instagram — Aree glowing in a green leaf-print dress, bump proudly on display, Jack's arm wrapped around her with a grin that said it all. Her caption? "Oops i did it again!"

The pregnancy had in fact been revealed publicly a day before that post. On 6 December 2025 — the night Jack was evicted from the Australian jungle on "I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!" — he spoke exclusively to The Sun on Sunday, beaming with pride as he confirmed that Aree was 28 weeks pregnant with their second child together.

His father Ozzy had been told he was going to be a grandfather again before his death — a detail Jack clearly held close.

"It's been partly a healthy distraction, partly healing — probably in that kind of 'full cycle' category, in a weird way," he said of being on the reality show. "It's very much taken energy out of the grieving side of things and parked in a bit more hopefulness."

He noted that being away had been somewhat easier for him than for Aree. "It's been easy for me — I think it's been a lot harder for my wife!" he said. But there was no doubt about how much the baby meant to both of them.

"We're super-excited. It was sort of planned, I should say. It was maybe a little earlier than expected. But it's definitely something that we were wanting to pursue and somehow it happened, miraculously."

Jack, 40, already has three daughters — Pearl, Andy, and Minnie — from his previous marriage, and he and Aree, 34, share daughter Maple, now three. Their family of four has become five — and their youngest carries a name the whole world already knows.
