As reported in an article published by RSVP Live, Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton was spotted in London with a baby bump when she was spending her day visiting the headquarters of Place2Be, a charity for children's mental health.

The 36-year-old looked radiant in a tight lacy dark blue outfit which had the intricate design of flowers on her dress. She also sported black high heeled shoes.

Middleton is only a few weeks away from delivering her third child. She and Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, have two children, 4-year-old Prince George of Cambridge and 2-year-old Princess Charlotte of Cambridge.

The couple is expecting their third baby which is due in late April.

Middleton and William have not disclosed the gender of the baby.

However, the arrival of their third royal offspring and the date of their seventh wedding anniversary may be very close to each other.

The duo will be celebrating their seventh anniversary on 29th April. They wed in 2011 after dating for eight years since 2003.

Middleton's visit to Place2Be's center was an important one for the charity organization as well. The center is set to include more teachers, counselors and school leaders for training.

This center will be a new home for Place2Be's research and evaluation teams in order to serve more children with issues regarding mental health.

Middleton's visit to the center is one of the last public appearances scheduled for the Duchess before she takes her maternity leave. She is scheduled to make one more public visit on March 12, according to several reports.
