Britney Spears is furious with ex's child support claims following her upcoming wedding rumors

It’s been quite a while since we heard of Britney Spears’ ex and dad of her two boys but now, he’s been on the news with child support battle issues.

While there have been rumors of a wedding in the works with her beau, Sam Asghari, she has been certainly dealing with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline. AmoMama gathered info from Radar Online.

The pop refuses to give in to his demands regarding their recent child support battle. She does not want to turn over tax returns to her ex-hubby’s attorney.

Britney’s father and co-conservator, Jamie Spears, is not going to let her as well. A source close to the singer told Radar and said:

“He won’t allow it without a court order. Jamie has a duty to protect his daughter’s finances.”

He is said to be “extremely suspicious of Kevin’s motives” in requesting for about $20,000 increase in child support per month.

“Kevin was unable to clearly specify what financial needs he couldn’t meet under the current $20,000 child support monthly payment. Kevin has four other children and Britney shouldn’t have to pay for those children, which Jamie feels this request is really about.”

Britney now apparently feels a “tremendous amount of stress” and is scared, especially with the fact that Kevin will no longer give her access to their kids because he still technically has full custody.

But it seems that it’s not just Britney who is affected but the kids as well.

“The entire situation is incredibly sad because Jayden and Preston are fully aware of what is going on.”

Kevin and Britney broke up in 2006 after two years of being married. They co-parent their sons—12-year-old Sean and 11-year-old Jayden.
