Teen brings her little brother to high school in an emergency and people fall in love

What this teenage girl did for her little brother warmed the hearts of many.

The teenager took her three-year-old brother to her school and let him sleep on her while she finished her last class of the day, as reported by So Share This.

Their mother explained that they had a family emergency situation that required her daughter to leave school early and pick up her little brother from his school.

Her daughter didn't want to miss her class, so she returned to her school with her little brother, instead of taking him home.

Their mother didn't realize that the teenager took her younger brother to her class until she saw her Snapchat.

A photo on the teenager's Snapchat shows her attending her class while snuggling her sleeping little brother.

The sweet photo touched their mother's heart. Social media users also showered the teenager with praises.

"I'm not sure on the legalities here or what kind of rules were broken but I also just don't care. My sweet teenager helped her family out and returned to her other responsibility while snuggling her baby brother," the mother was quoted as saying by So Share This.

She added that she's either the worst mother in the world or that she was totally nailing motherhood.

"Life is short. These are the moments that make it so incredibly sweet," she said.

A person commented that the older sister deserves to be awarded Teen of the Year for her sweet gesture. Another praised the school for allowing the teenager to bring her younger brother.

'Very sweet and thoughtful. It was nice for the school to allow her to have her brother so she can finish all her classes for the day,' wrote Vivian Carol Grant of Markham, Illinois.

Another praised the teenager for striking a balance between her responsibilities as a sister and as a student.
