Stunning actress Nicole Kidman made an unforgivable faux pas during her acceptance speech for the Best Actress Emmy Award for 2017 for her role in Big Little Lies, reported NowToLove.com.

Kidman spoke about her family, specifically her two daughters, Sunday Rose, nine, and Faith Margaret, six, but she failed to mention the two children she adopted with ex-husband, Tom Cruise. - Isabella, 24, and Connor, 22.

The omission raised a lot of questions regarding Kidman's relationship with her adoptive children. Speculation links a probable breach because the two Cruise children are devout members of the Church of Scientology.

Kidman had joined the Church of Scientology after her marriage to Tom Cruise in 1990 and left when they divorced in 2001. Supposedly Kidman had been named a "Suppressive Person" by the church, which meant that devout Scientologists like Bella and Connor, would not be allowed to have any kind of contact or interaction with her.

"I’ve chosen not to speak publicly about Scientology. I have two children who are Scientologists - Connor and Isabella - and I utterly respect their beliefs."

Nicole Kidman, NowToLove.com, September 2017

Kidman has always refused to speak of the church or criticise its beliefs, citing her profound respect for her children's religious choices as a motive for her silence.

Leah Remini reported in her biography that she had been shocked by hearing Bella Cruise remark at Tom Cruise's wedding to Katie Holmes in 2006 that she did not contact her mother.

Former Scientologist John Brousseau also claims that the two Kidman-Cruise children told him that they hated seeing Kidman because she was a Suppressive Person.

Kidman and Keith Urban made a rare public appearance with Connor Cruise a few days before their wedding, when he joined the couple on a cruise around Sydney Harbour. Insiders confided that Kidman loves her children passionately and that the estrangement is against her will, and hurts her deeply.

The Kidman-Cruise children attended the wedding in Sydney, and Bella was the bridesmaid. That was 12 years ago, and the family has not been seen or photographed together since then.

Though Bella and Connor have never been seen with Kidman's daughters by Urban -Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret - during Tom’s marriage to Holmes, they were often seen with their sister Suri.

Tom Cruise is famously estranged from his youngest daughter Suri whom he has refused to see for the last four years because she is no longer a Scientologist.
