Channing Tatum reportedly reveals heartbreaking reason he split from Jenna Dewan

Channing Tatum seems to have left his marriage unsatisfied by how he and ex-wife Jenna Dewan were lacking the more 'romantic' aspect of their relationship.

Just this week, Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan announced that they were separating 'lovingly' as a couple. This announcement shocked thousands of fans around the world who were expecting a different kind of announcement from them.

However, the former couple's closest friends have reportedly not been shocked by the announcement, saying that it was a long time coming.

In the statement released by the 'Step Up' stars, the two are still very much in love, but feel the need to take different paths.

However, an unnamed source who worked directly with Channing told Rada Online that the 37-year-old hottie got tired of his marriage to Jenna Dewan.

According to the source, the 'Magic Mike' star constantly complained about her, and he felt like they were more like best friends than a couple.

The actor also reportedly told his friend that their once 'passionate romance had lost its spark'. While people close to the couple were told that the two were taking a break from each other, they very well knew that it was for good. While they care much about their 4-year-old daughter, they could not keep going with their relationship knowing it would hold them down.

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan dated on the set of their 2006 dance movie 'Step Up'. They got married three years later in July 2009, and share one kid together, Everly, 4.
