22-year-old Kendall Jenner got a makeover and looks drastically different

The second youngest of the sisters is once again turning heads as fans wonder why she looks so different.

22-year-old Kendall Jenner is again at the heart of cosmetic enhancement rumors after a photo posted by celebrity hairstylist Jen Atkin from her Adidas shoot in Shanghai.

As reported by Meaww, many of Jenner's fans were left confused as to why her face looked so different, with many wondering what procedures she had undergone.

The image seems to give Jenner fuller cheeks and lips, with others commenting that her eyes are a good deal bigger than usual with more lid.

Some thought that perhaps there was just a Photoshop mishap that had led to the strange image, while others were convinced she had had more work done.

It could also simply be a case that it was a badly chosen filter, or even just a terrible angle from which to have snapped the shot.

On that very same day, a fan took to Instagram to accuse both Jenner and her best friend, Bella Hadid, of going under the knife to improve their looks.

"... first comes the nose job, then comes the lips, oh and don’t forget the built-in cheeks," the Instagram user, who goes by the handle foufiasse commented on the photo Hadid had posted.

Hadid quickly clapped back at the sleight in a sharp way.

"I wish you would know either of our personalities. And not only that, I wish you would only grasp a heart of your own. Blessings to you sweetheart. Jealousy is a cry for help that I wish I could help you with," she wrote.

Jenner herself has not commented on the latest spat of rumors that she has had work done.
