Miss Robbie Montgomery from OWN’s network reality show, ‘Sweetie Pie’ suffered a great loss a few years ago.

The reality star and owner of ‘Sweetie Pie’ restaurant lost her grandson, Andre Montgomery when he was only twenty-one.

Andre was suspiciously murdered in cold blood at a home in St. Louis.

According to several online reports, Miss Robbie believed that her grandson was set up and murdered which made the police go to work concerning it.

Miss Robbie explained that his grandson was shot at a recording studio where he was laying down a rap.

Andre got a call from someone during the recording session, he went out to meet the person and that was where he was shot five times.

She revealed that there’s a strong lead; that prior to that, someone had used a key to enter Andre’s room in a hotel where he was staying.

The person took away some of Andre’s things but was captured on surveillance.

Miss Robbie was deeply hurt with her loss, as Andre was also frequently featured with his family on her show.

His graduation from high school was also featured where his grandma was beaming with pride.

Andre was a graduate of McCluer North High School.

It was an unfortunate happening that she didn’t get to see more of Andre.

His family demanded justice because they knew his killer was still at large.

His family and friends are holding a candlelight memorial service called ‘JUSTICE FOR DRE’ hoping someone will come forward with information pertaining to the case.

Our hearts are with Miss Robbie and family over again.

Miss Robbie was formerly a singer before she turned a reality star on Oprah Winfrey’s Network.

She sang background in the song ‘Fool in Love’ for Ike and Tina Turner in 1959 and was also part of other musical groups.

She became very ill and the doctors diagnosed her problem as asthma, so she quit singing.

Later, she opened her restaurant in 1998 and it’s been opened since then.
