Remember Queen's granddaughter? She's grown up so fast and now looks like a beautiful young lady
There are many members of the British Royal Family that are not that popular, so most people kind of forget them.
Lady Louise Windsor is one of them. She is the eldest child of Prince Edward and his wife, Sophie, Countess of Wessex and, nowadays, is 14 years old. One of the times most cameras were pointing at her was in Duchess Kate and Prince William’s wedding in 2011.
Closer Weekly reported that even though she is still young, she has physically grown up a lot. She stepped out during the family’s traditional Easter church service at Windsor Castle’s St. George’s chapel to prove that she is a beautiful as her mother.
Her style is similar to her grandmother’s, Queen Elizabeth, as she likes to put on bright colors.
In the aforementioned outing, she put on a deep purple overcoat, a floral headpiece, and nude suede Mary Jane heels.
Both of her parents and her 10-year-old brother James, Viscount Severn, were next to her joining the rest of the family.
In William and Kate’s wedding, Louise was one of the bridesmaids when she was only eight, which captured the attention of many viewers who quickly went to the Internet to learn more about her.
They learned that she was born on November 8, 2003, a month before her due date, as a placental abruption caused severe blood loss to both Sophie and Louise while Edward was on a royal tour to Mauritius.
Royal surgeon and gynecologist Marcus Setchell performed an emergency Caesarean section, but there were still serious complications around her birth. Doctors managed to get her healthy and now, she is 11th in line for the throne.
When the third child of William and Kate arrives, she will be moved to 12th. She has the title ‘Lady’ and not ‘Princess’ because her parents opted to drop the His/Her Royal Highness title a long time ago to give their children a normal life.
Louise has undergone a couple of surgeries since she was born with esotropia, a condition that turns the eyes outwards. The first one took place when she was 18 months old and the second one was in 2014. Her vision is now perfect.
One of the most interesting aspects about her is that she didn’t know her grandmother was the Queen. Sophie revealed that she came back from school one day saying that her classmates said her grandmother was the Queen and she couldn’t understand why.
‘If they've had as normal a start in life [as] they possibly can get, then hopefully that will stand them in good stead.’
