Jenna Dewan looks fabulous in plunging floral gown weeks after Channing Tatum split
The World of Dance host was given honor as she received the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital’s Humanitarian of the Year.
Jenna Dewan stepped out for the fifth annual St. Jude Hope & Heritage Gala in New York City on Friday to accept her award. It was her first event since her split with husband Channing Tatum. Daily Mail has more info on the news.
The 37-year-old looked fabulous and glowing as she dressed in a black, floral-patterned, floor-length gown by Zuhair Murad. The dress featured a plunging neckline and tailored waistband. Her medium-length tresses cascaded just above her shoulders.

She accessorized with a variety of rings, but surely not her wedding band, including one that had the shape of flowers.

Jenna and Channing gave a joint statement in announcing their split through social media on April 2 after nine years of marriage. Parts of their announcement read:
“We have lovingly chosen to separate as a couple. We fell deeply in love so many years ago and have had a magical journey together. Absolutely nothing has changed about how much we love one another, but love is a beautiful adventure that is taking us on different paths for now.”
“There are no secrets nor salacious events at the root of our decision—jut two best friends realizing it’s time to take some space and help each other live the most joyous, fulfilled lives as possible. We are still a family and will always be loving dedicated parents to Everly.”
The two became a couple after they starred together in the 2006 dance film Step Up and tied the knot in 2009. They welcomed their only child in 2013 in London.
