Nicole Kidman opens up about the chances of her husband joining her on the big screen

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban look such a perfect couple that some fans wish to see them together in a film.

Kidman was asked the question after winning an award at the Screen Actors Guild.

It's unlikely her husband will join her in a movie's cast anytime soon.

"Any chance I can, I will acknowledge what he does because he really is so kind, and I don't think that having a cameo on one of my projects would interest him, to be honest," the 50-year-old actress was quoted as saying by Rare Country.

She added: "I sleep with him!"

The award-winning actress added that she is so grateful to her husband, who also enjoys a successful career in the music industry.

Kidman said she feels very fortunate for having "such an incredible partner in life."

The actress has two daughters with the New Zealand-Australian country singer. They tied the knot in June 2006 in Sydney, five years after she and Tom Cruise divorced.

The Days of Thunder actress met Urban in January2005, at G'Day LA, an event honoring Australians. Kidman has famously said that she and Urban didn't really knew each other until they were a married couple.

Their first daughter was born in 2008 in Nashville. In 2010, the couple welcomed their second daughter, who was born via surrogacy, at Nashville's Centennial Women's Hospital.

Urban may not join Kidman in one of her movies anytime soon, but she has collaborated with him on a song.

The couple are singing together on his latest hit, Female. Nicole added her voice on background vocals.

They recorded the song in his studio at their house. Urban said he was working on the song when he suddenly thought of asking his wife to come down to the studio and sing some parts of the song.

The song is Urban's lead single from his upcoming album, Graffiti U.
