Kendall Jenner has made an estimated $18 million since she shot to fame and she has been acquiring real estate just like her siblings. The supermodel has been spending her fortune wisely and has recently acquired an $8.5 million estate in Beverly Hills. She is reportedly planning to remodel the house before the end of the year. Reports from TMZ indicate that the Spanish-style property belonged to Charlie Sheen until 2016 and Jenner already got the permits to renovate it.

The sprawling 5 bedrooms, 6 bathroom villa boasts terracotta tiles throughout, as well as a grand fireplace, indoor cinema, and a jacuzzi bathtub. It also has a large swimming pool, a tennis court and a playground that will certainly be a hit with her nephews and nieces. She is reportedly planning to stamp her presence on the house by removing the fireplace and some other things that are not her style by December.

Apart from the fireplace, the model is also planning to re-do the kitchen and bathroom and also install a new roof. It is not clear whether Jenner plans to live in this new home or she simply wants to make a wise investment off it as she has done in the past. In 2016, she bought Emily Blunt and John Krasinski’s mansion for $6.5 million and sold it for $6.85 million. Her younger sister, Kylie is making similar moves in property flipping. In 2016, she bought property in Hidden Hills and then sold it just months later at a $900,000 profit.
