Famous TV star's brother found dead at his home, report says

Reality television star and restaurateur, Lisa Vanderpump, lost her brother and only sibling last month. It’s suspected that he died from a drug overdose.

A day before his death his sister spoke to him and had no idea that it was the last time they would speak according to Daily Mail. Mark Vanderpump was found dead on April 30, 2018.

Lisa Vanderpump, 57, is known as the reality television star of Real Housewives of Beverley Hills. Her brother, Mark Vanderpump, 59, was a DJ.

His body was discovered at his home in Gloucestershire, England. At the moment, it isn’t yet clear whether the overdose was accidental or deliberate.

Sources have revealed that Lisa has been left devastated by her brother’s death and would be traveling to the UK for the funeral. The star hasn’t been seen in public or on social media since hearing about her brother’s death.

She’s said to be focusing on the welfare of her two nephews. Lisa has described the tragedy as ‘a shock to us all’ and especially since she had connected with him just a day before his death.

‘This has come as a shock to us all. My brother and I had connected the day before this tragedy and I was completely unprepared for this.’

‘He was my only sibling and I am shocked and saddened by his passing. I am trying to be supportive to his two young sons that he has left behind, and help them get through this tragedy,’ the star shared.

The two siblings were quite close with Mark frequently visiting Lisa’s Beverly Hills mansion and they regularly vacationed together. He was also a regular at her Los Angeles restaurants Sur, Villa Blanca, and PUMP.

Mark, however, had legal troubles and his 22-year marriage had ended in divorce. The star’s brother had also appeared in a British television documentary broadcast on the country’s Channel 5 called Gold Diggers and Proud.

An unnamed family member in the UK shared that Mark was living a ‘very colourful life until it all sadly went wrong.’ His sister used to live in Cheltenham and Monaco before she moved to the US with her husband Ken Todd.

She has been a star cast member in Real Housewives of Beverly Hills since 2010. The show has given rise to some spinoffs like Vanderpump Rules which is a reality show that follows the staff working in her West Hollywood restaurant Sur.

Lisa is also famous for her philanthropy. She founded the Vanderpump Dog Foundation to help fight against the sale of dogs for meat.
