After the controversial separation of 'Little People, Big World' stars Amy and Matt Roloff, the two of them have found love again.

Matt has been dating his long-time farm employee Caryn Chandler, but Radar Online exclusively revealed how it seems things have been rocky between the two since finding out that Caryn is no longer working for Roloff Farms.

Caryn worked as an assistant for the Roloffs for more than 10 years, but an insider spilled to Radar that she is no longer working for the family.

Chandler's removal from the farm payroll is big news, especially since the mother-of-two was still seen working for Matt in the reality TV show's recent episode.

During one of the 'Little People, Big World' episodes from this season, Matt shared just how important Caryn is to him and the farm.

"Caryn is instrumental in running pumpkin season, she’s run it for 10 years. She tries to get Amy as involved as she can. There was awkwardness a little bit, but we’re all kind of finding our way. I enjoy her immensely. Whether we’re working or whether we’re relaxing, we have a great time together."

To add to the news that Matt and Caryn might have broken up, Radar has learned that although Matt, 56, is an avid Instagram fan, he is not following Caryn, 50, on the famous app.

However, his son Zach's wife Tori, and youngest son Jacob's fiancee Isabel are still following her.

The last sighting of Matt and Caryn was two months ago in March, when they attended the event of Isabel's art gallery.

Despite Matt moving away from the farm and buying his own property, fans assumed that it would be the home of both Matt and Caryn. However, it was revealed that Caryn was not listed as a co-owner of the property.

The couple began dating in early 2017, just a few months after the Roloff divorce was finalized in 2016.
