Sam Elliott's daughter Cleo Rose Elliott shows off racy new hairstyle in recent photo

Cleo Rose is in the pink and she's living La Vie en Rose! She took to Instagram, shown below, to show off a new hairstyle.

Cleo Rose Elliott, whom any star-watcher worth his salt will know as the daughter of Sam Elliott and Katherine Ross, posted a photo of herself on Instagram flaunting her silken pink locks.

In her post she thanks Marie Ferro, a talented Malibu hair designer and colorist for her long hair's pretty shade of rose-pink.

The striking shade of pink Ferro created for her complements her lovely pale skin beautifully and enhances the lustrous dark eyes she inherited from her mother.

The multi-talented American model, musician, and singer matched her lipstick to the exact shade of her hair. The brilliant co-ordination not only made an epic statement but was also looked both stunning and unconventional.

Unconventional might be the perfect word to describe this model/musician/composer. The rising star is known for disregarding rules as far as fashion is concerned and frequently reinvents her looks and her hair color.

Cleo Rose Elliott, 33, lays claim to a dazzling array of talents as well as a breathtaking beauty and charisma inherited from her parents.

After she completed her training at the Joanne Barron/D.W. Brown Acting Studio, she took lessons in singing from Charity Chapman. She even managed to impress Bobby Harby with a song she'd written.

The stunning singer became a member of the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP) society. Unfortunately, her music career was short-lived, and she branched into modeling.

As a young girl, her interests led her to study music, playing the flute and the guitar. Soon she discovered she had an extraordinary voice and studied singing at the Joanne Barron/D.W. Brown Acting Studio.

After graduating, Cleo Rose studied classic opera with Charity Chapman, concentrating on Italian Opera and the lyrical tradition of Bel Canto.

As the only child of two of Holywood's most famous stars, Cleo Rose grew up with every possible advantage. Her parents - unlike most celebrity couples - have stood the test of time and have been married for 33 years.

Cleo Rose's relationship with her mother has been problematic. In 2011 Katherine Ross filed for and was granted, a protective order restraining her daughter, then 26, from any contact with her mother.

Ross claimed that Cleo Rose has been violent and emotionally abusive from a young age, and had gone so far as to threaten her life. She went on to reveal that as her daughter got older she became more violent.

It appears that the family has now worked through their troubles, and Cleo Rose posted a lovely photo of herself and her parents looking very close and happy on her Facebook page.

Cleo Rose is now pursuing a very successful career as an up-and-coming singer and composer, and may in the future outshine even her brilliant parents as a superstar.

She is engaged to be married to Randy Christopher Bates, a talented artist/musician and it looks like everything is coming up roses for Cleo.
