Photos show Prince William and Duchess Kate's parenting moments at Royal wedding

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge proved once again that they are devoted parents after the two effectively managed to get through the Royal wedding with no incidents regarding their young children.

The weekend of May 20, the eyes of millions of people around the globe were all set on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who tied the knot at St. George’s Chapel six months after their engagement was announced.

Prince William and Duchess Kate had a lot to see to, with William being his brother’s best man, and their children serving as a bridesmaid and page boy, but they worked a team to make everything go as planned, as Simple Most reported.

It certainly didn’t seem like an easy task, but many photographs from the much-expected event confirm that they did a great job in parenting making sure that Prince George, 4, and Princess Charlotte, 3, were well cared and well behaved.

Their newborn, Prince Louis, who is not even a month old yet, stayed at home with the nanny while his mother and father attended the beautiful ceremony. Let’s have a look at the parenting skills of this couple.

Duchess Kate and two close friends of Markle had the important job of caring for the children of the bridal party as they were driven to the ceremony. Middleton was all smiles surrounded by the little ones who she managed to keep in control.

The Duchess was apparently relying on the buddy system to guide the children inside the chapel, making Prince George hold another boy’s hand. It worked wonders.

After Prince William was done with his best man duties, following the ceremony, he had to get back to his duties as a father, and he held hands with his son while Middleton did the same with Charlotte as they all left the church.

They joined efforts to guarantee that their two older children behaved and look as they were expected with all the cameras focusing on them. When Charlotte presumably dropped something, they were right on it to avoid any interruption.

Before posing for a group picture, Duchess Kate was seen talking closely to her little girl. Princess Charlotte seems to have been listening carefully to her mother’s instructions because seconds later she mastered the royal wave.

Both parents escorted their children back to the car with a satisfied look as they headed back to Windsor Castle after the wedding was over. Talk about a mission accomplished!
