Eve flaunts curves in leopard-print swimsuit in recent picture taken by husband
People thought they've heard the last from rapper Eve after she got married to Maxmillion Cooper. However, despite the married couple happily being tucked away in London, she eventually came back to the spotlight after she landed project after project, including her latest Sports Illustration shoot at Saint Lucia.
In 2016, Eve reprised her role as Terri in "Barbershop: The Next Cut". While people thought that would be the last project from her for a while after the couple decided to move to London, she ended up being a fixture on American daytime TV as one of the hosts of "The Talk" alongside Sheryle Underwood, Julie Chen, Sharon Osbourne, and Sara Gilbert.
Eve first entered the seen in 1999, when she debuted her album "Let There Be Eve". She is one of the three rappers to ever reach No. 1 on the Billboard 200. In 2002, her hit "Let Me Blow Ya Mind" with Gwen Stefani earned her a Grammy award.
The rapper's recent projects have shifted from music to talk shows and modeling, which is something she believes is personal growth for her. She once confided in "The Glow Up" via telephone in LA saying:
"Even though my music has always been kind of like a window into who I am, beyond that, not many people know me, if you're not my family or my friends. Most people, I never really let in on how vulnerable I can be how goofy I can be - like those intiment moments - and being on "The Talk" has opened me up and I've had to be comfortable with my vulnerabilities."
To top off her vulnerability, Eve is also afraid of speaking in public.
"I hate speaking in front of people. Give me a mic and some music, I'm so dope. I can get onstage with no fear, like no real fear - I get nerves. But having to just talk? I hate having to speak in front of people so this was a big deal for me. Like, a BIG deal."
Eve has definitely conquered her fear as she has tackled issues such as the #MeToo Movement to Justin Timberlake's Super Bowl attire, and even once making a statement by going makeup-free for one episode on national television.
And just recently, the rapper-turned-host stepped it up a notch by modeling for Sports Illustrated, supported by her husband.
With the glaring sun in the background, Maximillian photographed his beautiful wife in a leopard print swimsuit, posing as she shielded her eyes with a pair of oversized sunglasses and a large straw hat.
