Hilaria Baldwin shows off her body just 12 days after giving birth

The fitness fanatic, Hilaria Baldwin took to social media to share her body transformation 12 days after giving birth to Romeo. The extreme change in her body was quite visible.

In the Instagram photo, where she had a round big baby bump, she now had a completely flat stomach. Baldwin accompanied her post with a note to encourage her fans.

In the Instagram image posted on Thursday, Baldwin, 34, was seen wearing a black lace bra and matching bottoms. The side-by-side photos showed her with a large baby bump on one side when she was 9 months pregnant and a slimmed down stomach on the other.

In the caption, she wrote a lengthy post where she motivated fans who had just given birth too. She revealed that she had difficulties shedding the weight.

Baldwin admitted that showing up was the most difficult challenge. She confessed having to drag herself out to do the bare minimum.

'So important for your circulation, your health, your happiness, and for your strength,’ Baldwin continued.

'Every body is different, but I believe in staying as active as possible. There were so many moments when I didn’t want to work out this pregnancy.'

The star confessed that she’d started being able to work out the previous day. She advised fans to take it slow as each birth was different.

The star told her followers to be patient with their bodies as giving birth was a difficult experience. Baldwin is known for posting yoga videos and core-strengthening exercises on her accounts.

She’s always encouraging her followers to stay active. About 5 days ago, the star and her family battled pneumonia. At the time, she took to Instagram again to post a video of herself breastfeeding.

There she confessed that although her back was hurting from all the coughing, she and the children were healing. Her sons Rafael Thomas, 2, and Leonardo Ángel Charles, 1, had the flu while her daughter Carmen, 4, was diagnosed with pink eye.

Romeo was the only child that stayed completely healthy. Baldwin and her husband, Alec, were married in 2012.

He shares a daughter, Ireland, 22, with his ex-wife Kim Basinger.
