Amal Clooney's fans assumed she's pregnant in her latest photo

George and Amal Clooney recently raised speculation among fans after they were seen out together. A social media picture has made people question if Amal is pregnant.

Pop Sugar shared the Instagram image that looked like Amal was sporting a baby bump. Some fans thought maybe it was the effects of having a hearty meal as the two had been on a date.

The actor George Clooney, 57, and his wife, Amal, 40, a professor at Columbia, were seen on a date in Sardinia, Italy on Monday. They went to Il Marino di Puntaldia just two days before the first birthday of their twins, Alexander and Ella.

Amal wore a dragon print dress, while he was dressed down in a blue polo shirt with striped pants. Followers quickly noticed that the professor appeared to be sporting what might be a tiny baby bump.

Instagram users wondered if she was pregnant again in the comments below the Instagram image. While others sympathized with her stating that the bump could just be a full stomach from the meal before.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, last fall Amal, 39 at the time, shared that she didn’t want to have any more children. It doesn’t seem likely that they would’ve changed their minds in just a few months.

For his part, George didn’t even plan to have children. He said, “It had never been part of my DNA. We didn’t plan on it.”

The actor shared that they only spoke about having children after they married. Shortly after deciding to start a family, Amal reportedly got pregnant without the help of fertility drugs.
