Marine surprises his sister on her wedding day in emotional video

Sarah was overcome with joy on her big day when her Marine brother made a surprise entrance.

In 2014, the night before the wedding, Sarah and her mother received a letter from Sarah's brother Daniel, a deployed Marine.

Daniel explained that he could not attend the wedding because he was serving in the marines.

The YouTube video that was shared by Andrew Didway noted that Sarah cried on her mother's lap wishing that her brother and best friend could be there.

The bride couldn’t have likely been more excited at the thought of marrying her boyfriend.

However, something deep down was bothering her a bit - her brother wasn’t going to be able to be there.

Though she acted like it wasn't a big deal, the pain was still there

Little did she know, Daniel was granted one day off at the last minute.

He didn't waste a second. Without changing his clothes, the active-duty Marine made his way straight to his beautiful sister's wedding to join in the celebrations.

Sarah was filled with shock when she saw her brother.

"Oh my gosh!" she shouted.

Sarah reached out with tears in her eyes to give Daniel a warm embrace.

“When did you? What happened?” she asked.

Daniel explained that he had a last-minute schedule change and that he would be staying for the whole wedding.

“Thank You,” the bride told him.

Daniel then wiped her tears and gave her a kiss on the cheek.

"You look beautiful," he said.

Sarah thought back to how everyone was acting pre-wedding. She then realized that Daniel’s arrival seemingly accounted for most of their odd behavior.

“I was kind of confused because people were acting really funny,” she said. “I was like ‘Is something wrong and they’re just not going to tell me so I don’t stress out?'”
