John Travolta proudly shares photo from daughter's first film set

John Travolta is one proud father as he posted a photo of his daughter on her first day on the set of their new movie.

The actor expressed how proud he was of his daughter, Ella Bleu, as she recently had a taste of what it was like to work on a real movie set.

Travolta shared the photo of Ella displayed on an on-set monitor on his Instagram profile. He wrote in the caption, ‘First day of shooting with my daughter Ella Bleu for the film Poison Rose.’

The father and daughter duo are filming the upcoming movie in Savannah, Georgia. Travolta will be portraying a private investigator and Ella will also be his daughter in the movie. Although, he wouldn’t know about it at first.

Other iconic stars will be seen in Poison Rose as well, including Morgan Freeman, Famke Janssen, and Brendan Fraser.

The film will be directed by George Gallo, who also co-wrote the script with Richard Salvatore. Salvatore is the author of the novel which the movie was based in.

The fact that Ella was cast in the movie was something Travolta was pretty much looking forward to. In an interview with Extra in February 2018, he expressed that he felt pleased to be working with his daughter.

He said, “My daughter is stunning and we’re planning to do a movie together.”

When asked about his daughter’s role, Travolta told Extra, “She plays my daughter, but I don’t know she’s my daughter. Although I look at her and she looks just like me, so it’s going to be hard to play that, but that’s next.”
