On June 12th, Harry arrived at the annually-held Spring Picnic organized by the New York Restoration Project. She sported a mid-length patterned dress with a racy keyhole cutout that flaunted her curves nicely.

The 72-year-old Blondie frontwoman completed the ensemble with a white leather, biker-style jacket with her silver tresses styled in messy waves.

During the event, other icons were also spotted, including 72-year-old singer and actress, Bette Midler, and 58-year-old designer, Michael Kors.

The New York Restoration Project is a nonprofit organization that was founded by Midler in 1995. Its goal is to help in maintaining the cleanliness of parks and gardens all over New York City.

In addition, the movement has also been actively campaigning to plan a million trees for the City since 2015.

Harry has been passionate about saving the environment. In fact, in 2017, she expressed her concerns about the decreasing population of bees to Sunday People.

“Basically, my motives for supporting pollinators is survival; survival of us all, survival of the human race. I’m going to get some hives this year. I want to help the bee community,” she said.

While Harry seemed to rock her Tuesday’s outfit with ease, she previously admitted having had major insecurities with her body in the past.

Talking to The Sunday Times, she said that there was a point in her life where she decided to take down all the mirrors around her because she felt like she was looking at herself more than she should.

Harry explained, “The world made such a big deal of how I looked.”

As for her style, she shared that her influences are films and comic books that had references to the English punk movement.
