Chris Brown carries sleeping daughter in his arms while dancing in heartwarming clip

Singer, songwriter, and actor Chris Brown takes his parental duties very seriously. He was recorded dancing during a rehearsal while holding his daughter.

In a video shared by The Shade Room, a group of dancers was in front of Chris practicing a couple of dance moves. The singer, just like the rest of the dancers, was wearing black sweatpants, a black shirt, and a black cap.

One of the aspects that attracted more attention about the video was that Chris was also practicing the steps while holding his daughter Royalty in his arms. The girl appeared to be asleep as she didn’t even move while her father was dancing.

Royalty was born on May 27, 2014. A couple of months after she was born, a DNA test confirmed that the girl was Chris’s daughter.

According to Hollywood Life, the relationship that Chris and Royalty’s mother, Nia Guzman, had was very unhealthy. After the results of the first DNA test were revealed, Chris asked for a second paternity test.

At that point, Chris had been paying Nia $2,500 a month, which he considered it was enough to take care of the baby. However, Nia was demanding for at least $15,000 a month.

If the second paternity test proved that Chris was Royalty’s father, he would be given the right to fight Nia over support and custody.

Daily Mail reported that the result set clear that Chris was the girl’s father and, after a tough legal battle, the judged denied Nia’s request to have full custody of Royalty and allowed Chris to have his daughter for 12 days a month.

Finally, Nia herself dismissed her support petition, so Chris would have kept giving the initial amount of $2,500 a month for child support.

At the moment, things have cooled down between the singer and the model, especially for the sake of Royalty, who is being showered by love from her parents.
