Jada Pinkett Smith sets the record straight why Will Smith vacations with his ex-wife, Sheree

Actress Jada Pinkett Smith, who has been married to Will Smith for more than two decades, revealed why she didn’t mind that he goes out on vacations with his ex-wife.

During a conversation Jada had with Sway’s Universe, she confessed that Will and his ex-partner, Sheree Zampino, went to Jordan and Israel together. However, they were not alone as they took their 25-year-old son Trey with them.

Inquisitr reported that before Jada married Will, the movie star was in a relationship with Sheree. During their three-year-long marriage, the ex-couple welcomed Trey to the world.

Since Jada’s intention has never been to keep Will away of his duties as a father, she considers it is okay to let him go on vacations with that part of his family.

Jada confessed that it was important for Trey to see the positive interaction between Will and Sheree and that vacationing together was only one of the ways to successfully do that.

“That’s very important that he can feel that connection and feel where they do meet. So he can feel that parental connection. I think that’s important.”

Even though several people might not agree with Jada, she pointed out that embracing Sheree and respecting the relationship she and Will had in the past was important. Jada made sure to let everyone know that she wasn’t bothered about what people might say about it.

She pointed out that she and Will were a family and that it was all that mattered. Finally, she said that Will knew he could rely on Jada for the rest of his life.
