Adam Housley gave his wife a beautiful surprise with an early celebration of her 40th birthday on one of her favorites cities: Napa, California. The star looked stunning in a long red dress next to Housley while some of her closest friends watched.
Tamera Mowry-Housley was in for a treat over the weekend. The former actress and co-host of “The Real” traveled to Napa with her family without expecting the big surprise her husband had planned for her. The couple owns a home in the Northern California city, where their family winery, Housley’s Century Oak Winery, is also located.
Mowry, who will be turning 40 alongside her twin Tia on July 6, started her day with a wine tasting at the Black Stallion Estate Winery in the company of two of her best friends, whom Adam invited along to surprise Tamera.
Later, the “Sister, Sister” star received the visit of her “The Real” co-star Adrienne Bailon, and she shared a beautiful shot of the two of them hugging it out writing in her caption: “I was so freaking shocked the moment the beautiful @adriennebailon showed up at my house. I still don’t know everything that is going on, but my hubby is up to something amazing.”
Adrienne was not the only one to show up in Napa. Loni Love and Jeannie Mai were also present at the surprise birthday bash, which took place at the Reynolds Family Winery on Silverado Trail.
Other famous friends joined Tamera, including “Sister, Sister‘s” Jackée Harry, chef Guy Fieri, rapperE40, Candace Cameron-Bure and her husband Val Bure, Dorian Pham, Megan Stevenson, former baseball star Torii Hunter and San Francisco Giants’ Brandon Belt.
Tahj Mowry, Tamera’s younger brother, was also present. The significant absent in the celebration was Tia Mowry, but since she just gave birth to her second daughter last month, is safe to assume that she can’t be traveling yet. However, the twins will probably celebrate together in Los Angeles next week.
According to People, the guests were treated to an assortment of wines, including Pinot Noir, Cabernet, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and more. They also enjoyed a cheese table, cupcakes, and other sweet treats from the Sweetie Pies bakery and a chocolate table from Marich Chocolates.
There was also a karaoke station and a photo booth, and later in the night, there was an after party at Allegria restaurant.
Tamera looked stunning in an off the shoulder red dress tied to the neck and a pair of golden strapped sandals. She completed the look tying her curls in two braids that she adorned with golden thread.
The mother of two shared a lovely message on Instagram to thank her husband for the surprise, and she took the time to reflect about turning 40, stating that she’s excited for a new chapter in her life.
“@adamhousley you never cease to amaze me. I’m thankful for you working endlessly to bring the people that I love to the place that I love so much to celebrate a big milestone. I am actually very excited to turn 40. In a way, I feel as if I am just beginning.”
