Wynonna Judd's 22-year-old daughter sentenced to eight years in prison

Grace Kelley, Wynonna Judd's daughter, was sent to prison for failing to honor her probation regarding a court-mandated drug recovery program.

22-year-old Grace is singer Judd's daughter with her first husband, Arch Kelley. As reported by Radar Online, Grace has been serving jail time in West Tennessee State Penitentiary in Henning, Tennessee.

She has been in jail since April after she was sentenced for eight years.

Her release date is set to August 10, 2025, but Kelley will be eligible for parole on February 4, 2019. Officials had issued Grace's arrest in November 2017.

In May 2017, Grace pleaded guilty to charges of meth manufacture, delivery, sale and possession with intent in Williamson County Court.

Grace was initially ordered to serve 11 months and 29 days in jail. The sentence was suspended and her prison time was reduced to 30 days in March 2017 following probation and an in-house rehabilitation program.

Grace was released on June 16, 2017, from the Williamson County Detention Center and was ordained to enter a drug program. She failed to complete the program which led to the revocation of her probation on February 8, 2018.

Grace has experienced drastic ups and downs in the last few years. She was arrested in the parking lot of a Walgreens store in Nashville in December 2015.

In May 2016, she was charged with promotion of meth manufacture. She pleaded guilty for a lesser charge of possession.

On the same year, Grace was arrested in Alabama and was charged for being a fugitive of justice. The court had revoked her probation, as reported by People.

Judd has not publicly responded to her daughter's legal case. On June 25, 54-year-old Judd posted an image of a clapboard on her Instagram account and captioned it by saying 'Stay tuned...'

Judd's last album titled Wynonna & the Big Noise was released in 2016. Judd has been touring around the country this year with her band, which also includes her current husband, Cactus Moser.
