Cuoco and Cook got engaged on the actress' birthday in November 2017. At the time, the equestrian teased Cuoco with a fake ring while out shopping at Target.
"On my love's birthday I got her everything she has always wanted....now judging by her face maybe not, it's the thought that counts right?"

Later on, Cook pulled the real jewelry piece out, a beautiful tear-drop diamond ring, and proposed to his girlfriend of two years. Her reaction was priceless and the video was also shared on Instagram, depicting Cuoco crying tears of joy.
During an interview with People, Cuoco revealed that Cook was her 'perfect match,' in the sense that, aside from sharing the same views and morals, they understood each other like no one else.
