Keshia Knight Pulliam is all smiles, rocking plunging outfit in new photo with Jasmine Guy

Despite being in the middle of a legal battle with her estranged baby’s daddy, Keshia Knight Pulliam keeps on working and showing up to tell the story of her journey to success. The actress recently was invited to speak at the I am Every Woman Leadership Conference, and she met with an iconic actress.

Keshia is better known for her role as Rudy Huxtable in the sitcom “The Cosby Show,” and in a recent pic posted to her Instagram, she gave us severe old-school feelings as she posed with an actress that, like her, used to make our screens brighter back in the ‘80s.

Jasmine Guy, who gave life to Whitley Marion Gilbert in Cosby’s show spin-off “A Different World,” met with Keshia at the conference that took place at the University of Memphis last weekend, and they made a beautiful photo that Pulliams shared on Instagram for the fans’ delight.

Wearing white t-shirts, following the event’s dress code, the two iconic actresses smiled to the camera in an airplane, as Keshia explained she was not following Jasmine around, but they were on the same flight back home. She wrote:

“Had the pleasure of speaking at the “I’m Every Woman Leadership Conference” today with this amazing, talented, hilarious lady!! I enjoyed spending time with her so much I followed her home from The University of Memphis... #IPromiseImNotAStalker #ReallyWeWereJustOnTheSameFlight.”

Fans who grew up watching Keshia and Jasmine on TV showed their excitement after seeing two of their favorite actresses together after so long. Instagram user @womanofgrace wrote “Ha! I love it. Flashback to that classic episode of A Different World where you bonded with Whitley,” and @gulledgejosephIt's added, “been yrs since I've seen the both of you together in one setting, since the episode of y'all at Hillman, keep smiling, striving and pressing forward.”

These days, Keshia has been busy splitting her time between her work endeavors and raising her little girl, Ella, whom she shares with actor Ed Hartwell. After their bitter divorce, the exes have been battling it out on the court for Ella’s custody, and even though a judge already gave Pulliam primary custody of the girl, Hartwell is demanding a new trial and asking for joint custody of the girl.

Jasmine, on the other hand, recently reunited with some of her cast members from “A Different World” in an event organized by Home Depot to raise money for historically black colleges and universities in Atlanta, and her most recent work was in BET series “The Quad.”
