Drake, who is now 13 years old, is the couple's eldest child. The Fixer Upper hosts' other children are Ella, 11, Duke, 10, and Emmie, 8.
Joanna earlier revealed how her pregnancy with Crew caught her and Chip by surprise.
"When I saw the results of the test, my jaw dropped," she recalled in an interview with People. "Chip was in the driveway about to leave when I called him back and said, 'We're pregnant!' He was so excited. We're both just so excited."
Joanna and Chip rose to fame with the success of Fixer Upper, an American reality television series about home design and renovation airing on HGTV. The show's pilot aired in May 2013. The show had Chip and Joanna working with clients on buying and remodeling homes.
Throughout the course of the reality show, the couple had worked on over 100 homes. The show's fifth and final season premiered on November 21, 2017.
