LisaRaye McCoy flashes sparkly engagement ring in recent photo after surprise reality show proposal

Actress and model LisaRaye McCoy, best known as Diana 'Diamond' Armstrong in The Prayers Club, flashed her wedding ring on photos shared by The Proposal.

The Instagram account of The Proposal, a reality dating show released by ABC, shared a slideshow that portrayed McCoy wearing a white ensemble next to her fiancée, sales representative Anthony Bryant.

For the second image, Bryant was portrayed down on his knees putting an engagement ring in the actress’ finger. Their faces showed a combination of excitement, happiness, and nerves.

In the caption, the show’s Instagram account wrote that McCoy and Bryant were still together and added that the proposal took place during their ‘viewing party’ on July 9. Finally, they thanked the couple for sharing their love story with them.

As soon as those pictures were uploaded, the show’s fans and followers took to the comment section to share their thoughts. One of them was Instagram user @thedesibell, who confessed that their proposal was the ‘best ever.’

The user added that they are perfect of each other and finished by sending them good wishes. As Chicago Tribune reported, McCoy and Bryant have a lot in common as they both studied at the Eastern Illinois University and the man lives near McCoy’s mother on the South Side.

However, they hadn’t met each other until The Proposal episode aired on July 9, where Bryant was one of the ten suitors who competed to be McCoy’s fiancée even though her identity was not revealed up until the end of the episode.

After Bryant and McCoy kissed each other, the man got on his knees and said: ‘Each morning I wake up to the magnificent Chicago skyline and great sunrise, but they don’t compare to your beauty. I want to wake up to you each morning.’

‘You’ve made me believe that love at first sight is possible. Now I want you to be my wife,’ said Bryant.
