The new Duchess has hit the ground running since her royal wedding in May, and has already attended a number of official engagements in her new capacity, including supporting her husband in his duties.

Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, reunited with her close friend Serena Williams as she cheered for her husband Prince Harry and brother-in-law Prince William during the Audi Polo Challenge at Coworth Park Polo Club in Ascot, England, on June 30.

The tennis superstar and her husband, Alexis Ohanian, who were also both in attendance at the Royal Wedding last May, accompanied the Duchess for the occasion.

With summer well and truly underway in the United Kingdom, the Duchess of Sussex opted for a chic cotton gingham Ashland dress, which had been designed by Shoshanna Gruss with a tan and white checkered pattern

The summer dress featured a sleeveless cut, with the loose and flowing hemline falling down to just below Meghan’s knees. The button-down dress also featured eyelet details and a dainty bow tied around her waist.

Since she stepped out in style in the dress, it has been sold out at Neiman Marcus.

Meghan paired her dress with a pair of Grear leather sandals from Sarah Flint New York, a pair of black sunglasses, and a black-and-white Madewell x Biltmore panama hat, which has since then also been sold out in most major stores.

The Duchess also wore a bright smile as she enjoyed the festivities of the day and the company she kept.

Williams and Ohanian had been nearby in the neighborhood, as the tennis legend is currently competing at Wimbledon for her eighth title.

Prince Harry and Prince William thrilled their fans as they took to the field on the sunny Saturday afternoon, just one day prior to their late mother Princess Diana’s birthday, to play for their favourite charities.

The Royal brothers both donned white polo shirts with stripes on the side, paired with white pants and riding boots.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have since embarked on their first overseas tour since their May 19 wedding, when the couple departed for Ireland for a short 2-day visit to the Emerald Isle.

There, Harry and Meghan met with Taoiseach Leo Varadkar and President Michael Higgins, attended a garden party at the British Ambassador's residence at Glenciarn House, and attended a charity event at Croke Park.
