Jessica Simpson surprises fans with her bright new hairstyle

Singer Jessica Simpson shared her renewed look on social media as she celebrated her birthday with friends and family.

Jessica Simpson turned 38 on July 10 and shared photographs from the birthday party on Instagram. She donned a long new pink-colored wig on the festive occasion. She captioned the image with 'Sultry 38' showing off her bold hairdo.

The new look was a detour from Simpson's signature blonde look. Simpson posed for the photograph with her husband Eric Johnson as many followers wished her a happy birthday and showered praises for her new avatar.

Simpson gave a sneak peek of her birthday celebrations to her social media followers by posting an image on Twitter; posing with numerous friends that attended the party.

Although not many details were revealed of Simpson's birthday party, the 38-year-old singer is known to throw wild parties. She threw a baseball and parrot-themed party for her 5-year-old son on June 1.

Simpson posted a family photograph of the family on Instagram where all four members wore Green Sox jerseys while they were surrounded by parrots.

The birthday boy, Ace, and his sister Maxwell were seen holding a Macau while they posed for the photograph. A cockatoo sat on Maxwell's lap while other colorful parrots calmly landed on the heads of the siblings.

According to Radar Online, Simpson debunked rumors about lavishly spending money on parties. She told Gossip Con that the family did not have to worry about the cost of food delivery as they had a chef in the house.
