Famous supermodel Kate Upton is pregnant with her first child

Kate Upton was once considered the be the sexiest woman alive by People magazine but now she is expecting her first child with husband Justin Verlander.

The 26-year-old supermodel, who tied the knot with the 35-year-old baseball pitcher back in November 2017, announced the good news on Saturday, July 14, 2018.

The beautiful blond took to Instagram to share a slight display of her baby bump with her friends, fans and followers on Instagram while wearing a very chic ensemble.

In the photo, Upton can be seen standing on a balcony of the W South Beach hotel, in California, wearing a red and white pantsuit that showed a slight peek of her engorged belly.

The supermodel captioned the picture with the words 'pregnant in Miami,' and Verlander, the soon-father-to-be, couldn't help but comment on how amazing Upton will be as a mother.

According to People, the 35-year-old said that he couldn't wait to start this journey with her and that she was the most 'thoughtful, loving, caring and strong woman' that he has ever met.

The baseball pitcher went on to say that their baby, whose gender and the name is yet to be revealed, would be very lucky for being raised in his world by a woman such as her.

Later that day, Upton attended the first-ever Sports Illustrated open casting at W South Beach, where she met with fellow models Christie Brinkley, Olivia Culpo and Kate Bock.

Although her friends had no problem sipping Whispering Angels and Barcelo cocktails, the 26-year-old beauty refrained from ingesting alcoholic drinks and opted for a fresh juice at brunch.

Upton and Verlander came to the public with their relationship back in 2014, but the Houston Astros player only proposed to her in 2016, by presenting her with a gorgeous ring designed by famous jeweler Anita Ko.
