Tamera Mowry's husband melts hearts with family pic of wife and kids enjoying vacation in Portugal
Adam Housley and Tamera Mowry are currently enjoying a well-deserved family vacation in Europe, and while the actress decided to unplug from social media, her husband has been sharing beautiful pics from their trip.
After celebrating her 40th birthday and taking care of their family winery business in Napa, Tamera Mowry took off to Europe in the company of her husband and their kids, Aden and Ariah, to enjoy the picturesque streets of the continent while taking a break from social media.
The “The Real” co-host took to her Instagram account three days ago to inform her followers she will be focusing on the present and spend valuable time with her family without being glued to her phone. She encouraged fans to do the same from time to time.
She wrote:
“Sometimes it’s important to unplug. To focus on the present, your family, meditate and align yourself spiritually. I love you guys. I’m so grateful for the community we have created. I encourage you all to do the same. I’ll be back.”
But while Tamera decided to stay out of social media, her husband Adam Housley has been doing the Lord's work by sharing pics from their family vacation on his page.
The Housleys have been soaking under the sun in the beautiful city of Lisbon in Portugal, and the proud father of two showed off some of their adventures around the city.
In an Instagram slideshow that Adam shared, the first pic depicts his wife and kids walking ahead of him on stoned streets as Tamera holds Ariah’s hand and little Adem follows closely. In the next shots, the kids are enjoying the view from a castle’s window, and the last one portrays the whole family smiling brightly to the camera.

“Lisbon is an absolutely welcoming city...swipe for more photos! The culture, food, fado...it’s just a pleasure and we are having a blast. #thehousleys #travfam #portugal #Lisbon” Housley wrote on his caption.
Tamera and Adam married in 2011 despite all the hate they got for being an interracial couple. “We had a lot of outside things that kind of got in our way,” Housely recently revealed on Yahoo’s “It’s Love.”
“Dealing with racial junk,” Mowry added. “It was when social media was taking off and it would come directly to us.”
Speaking on Oprah’s “Where Are They Now” in 2014, Tamera confessed through tears that all the mean comments deeply hurt her back in the day since she wasn’t used to receiving that kind of backlash.
She said:
“I get called ‘white man’s [expletive]. The new one was ‘back in the day you cost $300, but now you’re giving it to him for free’.”
And added:
“It’s hurtful because what my husband and I are so openly and we’re fine with showing is love. But people choose to look past love and spew hate. That’s what hurts me because I’ve never experienced so much hate ever in my life. Ever.”
Adam and Tamera were able to overcome all the obstacles in their way and now they are a beautiful family of four that spreads love and positivity among their followers.
