Kim Fields stuns in black one-shoulder dress posing with husband on their 11th wedding anniversary
The “Living Single” star recently celebrated 11 years of blessed marriage with Broadway actor Christopher Morgan, and they look amazing in a pic posted by Kim to celebrate the occasion.
Kim Fields has been in the entertainment industry for over 40 years already, and she’s still considered one of the most versatile and beautiful actresses in Hollywood. Her work hasn’t been limited to acting though, as she has added the title of director and author to her resume.
The 49-years-old years old has been married twice, first to film producer Jonathon Freeman from 1995-2001, and then to Broadway actor Christopher Morgan, with whom she has been for the past eleven years.
Kim and Christopher share two sons, Sebastian Alexander, who was born before they tied the knot back in 2007, and Quincy Morgan, born on December 2013.
According to People, Kim’s wedding was a small affair with a few friends and family in the church office of their longtime friend, Pastor Donnie McClurkin.
“I wanted to be married first, but when this came up, it was like, there’s no need to rush anything,” said Morgan at the time. And Kim added “We wouldn’t go into something like [having a baby] without knowing that we’re it for each other and we’re not going anywhere. These are life commitments”
Now, with two grown kids and a lot of ups and downs in both their personal and professional lives, Fields and Morgan look happier than ever. The former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” posted a lovely photo with her husband on Instagram to commemorate their “steel" wedding anniversary.
Fields looked fierce in a tight one-shoulder black dress that put her toned legs on display and black high heels while Christopher rocked a black suit with a black shirt underneath and shiny dress shoes.
The pic, taken on the day the couple recorded an episode of “Celebrity Family Feud” depicts Kim hugging her husband from behind as he looks over his shoulder with a cocky stare. Fields took the time to write a lengthy caption under the photo expressing how hard has been to build their marriage up to this point.
“Steel in love... (steel is the symbol for this #WeddingAnniversary ) #TheMorgans btw the process of making #steel - something strong & lasting - is a lot like the process of making marriage... Taking something strong on it’s own (iron), mixing it with good stuff then Blasts, Heat, Pressure... steps are taken to avoid corrosion, make pliable... all to make something valuable, strong & lasting”
And continued:
“It’s work and a process to make something amazing. Blessed to be in this amazing love with you babe. #SteelinLoveWithYou @christopherlmorgan #marriage WE CALL OUR STEEL KISMET (Mr & Mrs #Shoegame ) #SteelWorkers”
Congratulations to the Kismet couple! May they have many more anniversaries to celebrate.
