Hello: Kate Middleton shares secret of quick weight loss after giving birth
The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, shared her secret to quickly losing her baby weight without spending anything.
Just weeks after giving birth to her third child, Prince Louis, Middleton was seen being out and about, noticeably looking fit.
Prince William’s wife seems to have had no problems in snapping back into shape and shedding off the baby weight, unlike most moms.
The same thing also happened when Middleton gave birth to her two older children, Prince George, five, and Princess Charlotte, three.

Middleton explained the simple answer to losing her excess weight after giving birth to her three kids.
In 2016, while attending a garden party for the Queen’s 90th birthday in New Delhi, India, Middleton – who was then just a mother-of-two – was asked by another guest named Prof. BulBul Dhar-James how she quickly got rid of her baby weight.
Middleton’s answer was simple, as revealed by Hello! Magazine. She said, “I am running after my kids.”
It’s no secret that the Duchess has always been a doting mother to her kids. In fact, she reportedly dropped off her eldest child, Prince George, to school one day after she gave birth to Prince Louis in April 2018.
Prince William and Middleton have made it their habit to drop their kids off to school in person because they want the kids to have a normal upbringing as much as possible.
Aside from the usual duties as a hands-on mother, Middleton had also made numerous appearances with her children, where they are all seen being carefree and candid.
In June 2018, Middleton was spotted spending some quality time with Prince George and Princess Charlotte at their father’s charity polo match. The trio was spotted running around and playing together while blending in with the other families.
Middleton previously revealed that her favorite thing to do with her children is playing outside together.
