According to E! News, newlywed Drew also shared where he and wife Linda Phan were taking their honeymoon. It appears the time away won’t only be filled with fun but some work.

During their recent interview about their upcoming season, Jonathan Scott revealed that he and his twin brother, Drew, found a snake inside a home they were renovating in Nashville. This happened while they were filming new episodes of their hit HGTV series.

When they pulled open a wall, they discovered a 10-foot snake living inside it. Drew joked that his brother seemed to surprise the snake more than it surprised him.

Drew shared that they had many different things that they were always trying to bring to their viewers. He explained that they would “hop around a little bit” and were always trying to find different stories and ways to challenge themselves.

An unpleasant situation that they’ve had to face was trying to avoid working with a client who might have a shady past. During HGTV's Television Critics Association panel, they revealed that they once had to walk away from a home when they found out the homeowner was doing something illegal.

Jonathan explained that the homeowner was a firefighter who wanted to make a poor investment that would have violated property codes. Drew said the firefighter wanted to live in a neighborhood on an old landfill, with soil that was not properly cared for.

"All the houses in the neighborhood were sinking. Literally sinking," Drew said. They ended up walking away from the job but the firefighter ended up buying the house.

After promoting the new episodes, Drew and his wife, Linda Phan, will head to Ecuador for their honeymoon. The couple married in May, and their wedding was seen on a June TLC special called Property Brothers: Linda and Drew Say I Do.

"For us, we're actually going to Ecuador on a charitable awareness trip with the We Organization," Drew explained. He revealed that last year they’d gone to Kenya with the same organization.

On the trip, they would help build and do an awareness trip. Property Brothers’ episodes air on HGTV at 9 p.m. ET on Wednesdays.
