The duo has already plenty of experience when it comes to the series, considering that they were both finalists during season 25, which took place in early 2018.

In order to celebrate their new roles, Muniz and Fisher appeared in front of the camera for a video that was posted to the official Dancing With The Stars Juniors Instagram account.

The former contestants were honored to be left in charge of hosting the upcoming edition of the show, considering it a very interesting experience since they would able to see it from a different perspective.

"To be able to stay in the family and get to experience it from a different perspective and get to host the new show, like, I was thrilled. And I'm so glad to be doing it with Jordan because we have so much fun together. It's going to be awesome!"

Frankie Muniz, Entertainment Tonight, July 31, 2018

Fisher revealed that, although it would be a new season, it would be the same show, the same stage and the same loving and vibrant environment that viewers have always enjoyed.

After participating on the show as contestants, with Fisher taking home the Mirrorball trophy along with his professional partner Lindsay Arnold, they joined the DWTS Live! Light Up the Night winter tour.

Muniz explained that, overall, they did 71 shows in front of thousands of people and that he was nervous every single time before stepping on stage, so he could imagine how terrifying it would be for the youngsters on the show.

The panel of judges will be composed by Dancing With The Stars Pro Val Chmerkovskiy, season 26 winner Adam Rippon and famous choreographer Mandy Moore.

As for the contestants, there no certainties yet, although Alana Thompson, from Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, and Sophie Pippen, Scottie Pippen's daughter, have been reportedly spotted rehearsing at the Dancing With The Stars studios.
